Error Message: Failed to validate request because the time between server and client is not synchronized
If you try to start the game, but you get the above error message, the problem is that the time on your system is incorrectly set. This can happen at certain times of the year, like after daylight savings, if you don't have your system time set to update automatically. To fix this, you'll need to set the correct time on your system.
On Windows you can do this by going to settings > time and language and tick the toggle button to 'set time automatically'.
You can also sync a computer with an internet time server if you're running Apple macOS.
Click the "Apple" menu at the top left corner of your screen and click "System Preferences." Click "Date & Time." Make sure the "Set Date & Time Automatically" checkbox is set if you want to sync the clock.
Once you've done this, restart the game and it should run correctly. If you still have issues, then please fill out a support ticket and we'll help further.
