Since our ticket system here has been shut down please turn to the forums at https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/forumdisplay.php?f=4044. Make sure to check in the list of known issues if your problem has been created as a bug already. If not feel free to create a new thread using all the information available to you. You'll need an account to post a new bug. Please follow our guide https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/showthread.php?t=344804 when reporting a bug.
Don't just let your bug sit there. The development team regularly updates the game. Check the patchnotes and test on new updates if your bug persists. If it has been fixed update the bug that you created to fixed.

For FHM please visit the FHM Technical Support and Bugs Forum. Please search for your problem first before opening a new thread. It might have been answered somewhere before.
