Please remember to unlicense your games before upgrading to Windows 10 or re-installing Windows 10.

A new operating system is like a new computer for the game, and thus requires another activation.

You can unlicense your game by doing the following:

OOTP 17+

• From the main screen, go to Game Settings -> License -> select "Release License / un-license game"
• From within the game, go to File -> Settings -> License -> select "Release License / un-license game"

FHM2+

• From the Start Screen, go to Preferences -> License -> select "Release license/ un-license game"

In case you have already performed the upgrade or re-installed Windows and have problems activating your game, then please submit a ticket and provide us with your order number or license key.
